Love skincare, making sales, and being part of a fun, empowering team? Wash Naturals is looking for outgoing, high-energy girls to help sell our luxurious hand & body scrubs at local markets and events!
What You'll Do:
- Set up and break down our beautiful booth (yes, that means lifting up to 40 lbs).
- Introduce customers to our best-selling body scrubs—trust us, they’ll be obsessed!
- Run the hand scrubbing station, giving customers that instant soft & smooth moment.
- Bring all the good vibes and help us create an unforgettable shopping experience.
Where & When:
- Events take place in and around Boston & Rhode Island.
- Mostly on weekends (great for part-time flexibility).
- Must have a car to transport event materials.
Pay & Perks:
- Base Pay: $15/hour (MA minimum wage) so you're always covered.
- Commissions: Earn 5-7% of your total sales per shift. The more you sell, the more you make!
- Team Bonus: If our team hits $10K in sales in a week, you get a $100 bonus.
- Social Media Bonus: Get a $20 bonus if you generate at least 3 orders per week using your unique discount code.
- Shift Leader Opportunity: After 10 successful shifts, you can level up and earn more as a Shift Leader!
